You are emailed when: a tool stops producing for several days (the silent failure that cost us 15 days in July), a run fails (e.g. OpenAI key or credit problem), X can't publish (credits/keys), a thread is half published, or a draft has been waiting days for review. Same problem is repeated at most once every 12 hours, so no flooding.
